Operations Begin in Amarillo

Amarillo, TX - San Antonio-based Caring Senior Service is proud to announce the beginning of operations in Amarillo as of May 16. Caring Senior Service provides personal, non-medical assistance to the elderly and infirm in their home or place of residence.

The Amarillo office is the sixth Caring Senior Service location to open so far in 2007, joining Nashville, TN, Peoria, IL, Farmington, IL, Waco and Lubbock. The company plans to open at least three more offices before December 2007.

This brings the total number of Caring Senior Service locations to 28 in seven states – Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee and Texas. Since its founding in Odessa in 1991, Caring Senior Service has grown to include 18 offices in Texas, and offers service in 113 counties.

Since 2006, the company has grown from $4 million in revenue to more than $8 million. In the last four years, the company has doubled in number of locations. Caring Senior Service is now the largest personal-care business in Texas operating on a corporate-owned/managed model instead of a purely-franchise model.

Caring Senior Service guarantees that when a client calls, care can start in an hour of a request. The phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a supervisor, and the price is a flat, hourly rate that does not go up on nights, weekends or holidays.
