Having good caregivers is essential to the well-being of our clients, and the well-being of our clients is our top priority.

We make every effort to ensure that we only send out the best help. We require that all our caregivers have a minimum experience of one year or have trained at a certified nurse aide school. We then complete work history, personal reference, and criminal background checks and test them on care techniques, communication skills, and decision making abilities. Once we are satisfied with their potential, we then orientate them to the specific needs of their client, and monitor their performance closely.

The bottom line is that they are the most important members of our company, and they will become an essential person in our clients life. To that end, we do all we can to make sure they are individuals who have the desire and the ability to perform the tasks our clients require.
